I used to believe that if I could just find the right exercise I’d reduce my thigh fat and cellulite – and believe me I’ve tried loads such as skipping, leg lifts and jogging to name a few. I’ve tried so many diets to help tackle my thigh fat and cellulite but I’d never had any long term successes. So what is this new method? Surely it’s as simple as eating less and exercising more…. right? Wrong! I was on one of my regular trawls of the internet looking for my ‘miracle solution’ that would help me tackle my problem area when I stumbled across the information about how to tackle “me”and sort my problem out.
Cellulite is one of those irritating little things that all women dread but most women have. The dimply, orange peel appearance of cellulite is actually caused by a group of fat cells deposited within the connective tissue. As the tissue weakens, fat cells can push through, causing an unsightly change in appearance. Several factors can contribute to the development of cellulite, including genetics, hormonal imbalances, diet, lifestyle, elasticity in the skin, and circulatory system issues.
My problem always has been lack of consistency and switching from one fad diet to the next. Always chasing the dream of how to reduce thigh fat, reduce my cellulite, reduce, reduce, reduce……… We all react differently to different “solutions” so it’s important to understand what they are and how they work to find the right approach for YOU.
Hmmm…wouldn’t it be bizarre if all of us could share a diet and exercise routine that gets the same results.
No single calorie controlled diet, fitness program, workout, exercise machine, cardio class, or any other method of attaining a dream body will work ideally for every one at every age. We are all different.
If you’re like me, with every regime I started, they usually started out well, I usually lost a few pounds in the first few weeks, sometimes I even noticed a reduction in the fat where I was looking for it…. like less chunky thighs. But before long, I usually found the regime became too limiting or too difficult to fit into my normal life. I stopped and went back to normal and guess what? I piled it all back on and more. No surprises I guess, and maybe what you find too, yes?
And lately I’d found it harder than ever to reduce thigh fat and get rid of the cellulite, ….and we all know how unflattering wobbly thigh fat can look.
I eat healthily, I exercise. If it’s really that simple, why aren’t we all walking round with slim, toned, healthy bodies? But in real life it’s more complicated than that. We’ve all got busy lives coping with home life, work and families so we need something that will bring results and not be another big chore to cope with.
I want to be able to wear whatever clothes I choose (and that includes slim leg jeans), keep up with my children, feel more attractive and healthier. I will no longer worry about reducing my thigh fat and cellulite as this system has taken care of it by providing a reduction in my measurements, great looking thighs, that fit into slim leg jeans :-) with the added bonus of rolling back the years and making me look younger too.
Now I’ve found a solution that tells me what to do.
So if you want to feel:-
- more toned
- more attractive
- more confident.
So don’t hesitate. My biggest regret is that I didn’t find this system sooner.
